The NCPB offers a variety of opportunities to showcase your business, organization, or apostolate. You will also help make our event financially possible. Thank you in advance for your support! PRINTED PROGRAM ADS

Promote your mission or upcoming event in our printed program—the only handout guaranteed to be in every attendee’s hands. NCPB can design your ad, or you can supply your own PDF (300 dpi) file no later than February 27, 2026. Black and white artwork only.  Cost:

Full-page black and white ad (5″ wide x 8″ tall): $750
Half-page black and white ad (5″ wide x 4″ tall)” $500

TABLETOP EXHIBITS in the ‘Gallery of Catholic Works

Our gallery of notable Catholic organizations, apostolates, and businesses is always a popular element of the NCPB. In 2026, the exhibit area will be located next to the Breakfast ballroom at the DC Convention Center. The exhibits will be open before and after the Breakfast program. BONUS: the VIP Reception the night before will be held in this same area, so your table will receive twice the exposure this year! (Exhibitors must therefore agree to have their table set up by 6:00 pm on March 18, 2026.)

Two exhibit sizes are available, but both include a skirted 6′ table and two chairs. Up to two breakfast tickets may be requested, but are not automatically included in the package. An electrical outlet is available for an additional fee. *Only 50 exhibit tables are available – reserve yours today!

GUEST BAG INSERT

Supply promotional material or “swag” in our Guest Bag. You must supply materials to fill 1,300 bags, and have the materials at the DC Convention Center no later than Wednesday, March 17, 2026.  *Material is subject to review and approval by the NCPB.  Cost: $750.

SPONSORING ATTENDEE

These sponsorships are designed for an individual or organization that plans to reserve at least one table, would like additional benefits, and would like to be recognized in a special way as a “sponsor” of the Breakfast. You can reserve any of the four sponsor levels below at our Registration Portal.

Because only one of each underwriting sponsorship is available, these are exclusive opportunities to showcase your business or organization to 1,400+ attendees and to millions watching on EWTN around the world. In addition to VIP Reception tickets and seating at the Breakfast, Underwriters will have special recognition on all print and digital materials, live recognition during the event, and more. Some sponsorships include a speaking opportunity or a program slot to show a promotional video.
