Rescheduled Event FAQ

Why was the NCPB rescheduled?
Guidelines from the CDC and District of Columbia dictated that we could no longer hold an event of this size out of concern for the COVID-19 pandemic.

What is the new date for the NCPB?
September 22-23, 2020

I already have tickets/made reservations for the March event – what are my options?
1. You can simply transfer your reservation to the September event*.
2. You can donate your reservation if you are unable to attend in September.
3. You can ask for a refund.

*If I transfer my current reservation to the September event, is it refundable?
No. If you are unsure of your September plans, request a refund and make a new reservation when you are ready. However, please note that new tickets/space cannot be guaranteed.

What is the deadline to make a decision?
All currently registered guests must make a decision by April 6, 2020. No refunds will be offered after this date.

How do I let the NCPB know what I want to do?
All guests will be emailed information and asked to fill out a simple reply form here.

Is the NCPB program in September going to be the same?
Archbishop Chaput is confirmed to speak. AG Barr hopes to attend but will not be able to confirm until closer to the event. We are committed to providing an outstanding program of prayer and inspirational speeches.

I was on the waiting list for the March 30 event before it was canceled. Do I need to add my name again?
No. Persons on the current waiting list will be given the first opportunity to purchase tickets for September when space becomes available.

I already submitted an ad for the program – will that carry over to September?
Yes.

We already submitted names for our breakfast table – will those carry over to September?
No. Each sponsor/table buyer will need to submit the final 10 table guest names by September 14, 2020.

Will there be another block of rooms available at the Marriott Marquis?
Yes. The reservation link will be posted soon on our website.
